All schemes are payable on or before 17th of each month.
The scheme will automatically lapse if the premium is not paid for the period of 3 months. Then the member will have to rejoin and await trial of 3 months.
No claim will be considered nor services be rendered should it be discovered that the premiums are in arrears.
Awaiting period of 6 months is applicable to all new schemes.
A 24 months waiting period is applicable to all deaths due to suicide.
No claim will be exchanged for cash.
No scheme surrender value will be refunded should the member decide to cancel the scheme.
The scheme does not cover the grave fee.
Should the main member decide to replace a member, that member will be subjected to 6 months waiting trial.
Single plan covers a single parent and up to 4 children under the age of 21.
Family Plan covers a member, and up to 4 children under the age of 21.
member +5/9 covers a member 5/9 extended family members under the age of 64.
